BALCONY HIRE

The Balcony Bar is available for private functions all year round – In summer, you can relax in the sunshine, and in winter, we have clear drop down blinds & gas heaters available to keep you warm! We are able to accommodate up to 250 guests in the Balcony Bar and balcony area outside.
 
·         We provide you with a fully stocked bar with fully trained bar staff available for the length of your function.
·         We supply security staff for our premises from 10pm – close.
·         The Function area will be fully private until approximately 12 midnight. A later time is available by arrangement.
·         You have several options for music during your function – you are more than welcome to use our music (selection currently playing in the bar or DJ), or you can bring your own CD’s, laptop or IPOD to plug into the stereo system.
·         The flat-screen TV is available if required.
·         There are a variety of options available for your drink options. We are happy to work with whatever options best suits your budget. Some options are: subsidized drinks e.g. $2, beer, wine & non-alcoholic only, or open bar.
·         We are more than happy for you to decorate the function room with balloons etc. All we ask is that you use blue tack to attach any balloons etc to the walls, and no glitter please! The room will be available from 3pm.

   Minimize
·         To secure you’re booking a $300 deposit is required. This is only a deposit and not a booking fee, so can be used on the night of your function towards your bar TAB or platters.
·         We require a minimum spend of $1000 for any bookings on a Saturday night (the cost of the platters can be included in this), with other nights by arrangement.
 
A few House Rules ………
  • No unaccompanied minors. The law prohibits any person under 18 being on the premises, unless escorted by their parent/s or legal guardian – Documents will be required.
  • No alcohol is to be brought into or onto the premises. All beverages are to be purchased on site.
  • No food is to brought into or on to the premises.  Excluded from this are a birthday/celebration cake, chippies, & dip. Hot & cold platters are available from our kitchen – see attached list.
