Located in the center of Palmerston Norths Main Shopping center we have 14 Rooms all with seperate ensuites, tea/coffee facilities and SKY TV.

Group Discounts are available for those having functions in our Balcony Bar and sporting/golf teams. We also have very competitive Rep rates available on request.

Most rooms have 1x Double and 1x Single bed sleeping arrangements with 1x Family Suite available.

Accomodation Rates start from: -

• Standard Studio - $80
•  Looking for a place to lay your head and you're on a budget? Look no further. Thease studio rooms come with a Double and Single bed with a full ensuite. These rooms are above or near busy late night bars that stays open to 3am on Thu, Fri & Sat- so please bear that in mind.
• Premium Studio -  $90
  • These rooms are situated towards the back of the hotel so they are not so affected by the music playing in the bar.
• Executive Studio - $100
  • Our Executive Studio rooms have recently been refurbished and are situated far from the busy bar. 
• Family Suite $150 -
  • Our Family Suite joins 2 rooms and sleeps up to 6 with seperate bathroom facilities and bedrooms. The family suite is situated next to another bar which can be open to 3am.

Reception Hours are from 7am - 9pm Monday to Sunday

Check out time is 10am unless by prior arrangment and check-in from 1pm unless by prior arrangement.
